GovN Group significantly contributed to the Queensland Corrective Services’ Prisoner Telephony System project, a transition from an on-premise to a cloud-based solution, by providing expert legal procurement services. The project involved various key activities, such as validating and updating technical and contractual requirements, preparing a detailed procurement plan, and drafting the QITC contract to align with project goals.
Leading the development of the QITC contract and other crucial documents, played a vital role in creating executive presentations for the governance group, including general managers of correctional facilities. These presentations were highly regarded for their clarity and effectiveness in communicating essential issues and decision points.
GovN Group’s team also excelled in managing the negotiation process, developing a negotiation plan that resulted in favourable terms for the project. Additionally, they prepared a comprehensive evaluation report to aid in informed decision-making. Their commitment to stakeholder consultation was praised, particularly for understanding and communicating the objectives of each stakeholder, which fostered productive engagement. This approach led to positive feedback from users and executive levels, with one user expressing gratitude for being involved in the process
