What is Gateway Reviewer Training?
The OGC Gateway™ Review is a globally recognised process that ensures major projects are effectively managed and aligned with strategic objectives. The training focused on:
- Applying best practices for project reviews
- Planning, conducting, and reporting on project assessments
- Evaluating progress and identifying areas for improvement
Delivered virtually by BTLi, the one-day workshop included hands-on activities, case studies, and group discussions, preparing Mel and Michelle to serve as certified Gateway Reviewers across Australia and New Zealand.
